You can get the following services free of charge within a maintenance contract. Receive bug fixes and new versions. Get a backup protector (For scheduling modules only). In case of any damage to the main protector, the backup protector can be used to run Asprova for up to 3 weeks while waiting for a replacement protector. Ask questions via e-mail. For each scheduling license, the options can be changed once a year. […]
About license and protector
The license information of Asprova and Asprova NLS/DS is recorded in the protector. There are two types of protector, a USB protector, which is a hardware key, and an e-Protector, which is a software key. License update (application of magic number) is required when updating the Asprova maintenance contract or adding modules or options.
