Steps:

1.Click on the [Project Settings] button on the toolbar. Or, select [Schedule] – [Project Settings…] from the main menu. Properties of the project settings will be displayed in the properties window.
2.Select the Settings tab from the properties window. Properties of the settings will be displayed in the properties window.
3.Click the “Value” cell of the property “Setup time calculation method” and select the target value from the dropdown list box.
