Steps:

1.Display a Gantt chart.
2.Click on the [Display whole area] button on the toolbar.
3.Or, select [Chart] – [Display Area] – [Whole Area] from the main menu.
4.All cells will be displayed at a reduced size.
5.If the scheduling period is too long to display the whole area, the cells will be displayed at the minimized size.
