A new symbol, !=, was added in the changeover settings, such as Item setup, Resource setup, and Spec setup.  Setting != in the previous and next items means "the previous item and next item do not match".
The example in the following figure sets "the setup time to 0 if the items are the same and 120 minutes otherwise". By using the new symbol !=, you can express such conditions in a single line.
