*Adding/Deleting Command Buttons

To add or delete command buttons to or from the toolbars, we will use a dialog to customize toolbars.

Steps:

1.Select [Tools] – [Customize] from the menu bar.The Customize dialog is displayed.
2.In the “Command” tab, select one of the toolbar types from the “Categories”.Command buttons that belong to the toolbar you selected will be displayed in the “Buttons” field.
3.[Adding a command button]
Select a command button you want to add, move it to the target toolbar with the left mouse button held down, and release the left mouse button.The command button you selected will be added to the toolbar.
4.[Deleting a command button]
From one of the toolbars, select the command button you want to delete from the toolbar, move it to the [Buttons] field in the Customize dialog with the left mouse button held down, and release the left mouse button.The command button you selected will be deleted from the toolbar.

*Initializing Toolbars

You can initialize command buttons for the default toolbars as follows.

Steps:

1.In the “Toolbars” tab of the Customize dialog, select one of the existing toolbars you want to initialize.The toolbar you selected will be highlighted.
2.Click on the [Reset] button.The command buttons that belong to the toolbar you selected will be initialized.
