Steps:

1.Select [Table] – [Filter] from the main menu. A filter dialog will be displayed.
2.Specify values in the “Property”, “Condition” and “Value” fields for the records you want to filter.
– For the “Property” and “Condition” fields, select one from each dropdown list box, and enter a value in the Value field.
– If you want to specify multiple conditions, select “And” or “Or” from the dropdown list box in the “And/Or” field for the second row and after.
3.Click on the [OK] button. The records will be filtered by the conditions you specified.
